Once your order for a custom item has been placed, it would be difficult for us to provide you with return availability and it may not be returned or refunded, as the garment has already been modified according to your sizing requirements and cannot be returned to the store. There are no extra charges for custom sizing, only a membership is required. If our tailors cannot accommodate your change request, you will be informed and asked if you want to continue with your order. Since our tailors will be hand-adjusting the pieces, please be patient with your order, as it will take them time to create the items.
